Once you complete the application someone from our team will reach out to you collect more information and discuss next steps. Here are the details about our set-up fees, including a connection fee for processing requests on new accounts:

You will need the following information:

• •    $30.00 set up fee (non-refundable)
  •    A security deposit may be required for service.*
  •    Name, phone number, mailing and service address
  •    E-mail address
  •    Social Security Number and birthdates of all applicants
  •    Additional documentation may be required

*A security deposit (ranging from $200–$500 or two times the highest monthly 24 months of usage based at the location) may be required for service, based on the member's credit risk. For small commercial service requests, a deposit of $500.00 is required for new construction. For existing locations, the small commercial deposit will be two times the highest bill from previous 12 months of usage at the location. “The cooperative retains the right to increase, decrease, waive, or hold the security deposit until termination of service.”
