This year’s CREC Board of Directors election brought in a total of 2,106 votes from the co-op’s annual meeting and from paper ballots and online voting prior to it.
Results from the election for four directors in the co-op’s four districts with seats open were announced at the annual
meeting on Aug. 28, which was streamed live on the co-op’s YouTube channel. A recording of the broadcast is available here.
All three incumbents who chose to run for re-election were selected by members for new three-year terms and one newcomer will be joining the board. Jeff Culbertson was elected in Warren County District 1 and will replace retiring director Dan Elliott. Diane Saale was re-elected in St. Charles County District 2. In Lincoln County District 2, Jeff Geisendorfer was re-elected and Walt Gregory returns to his Pike County seat.
The Aug. 28 annual meeting also included remarks from President/CEO Doug Tracy and Board President Diane Saale.
