This year’s CREC Board of Directors election brought in a total of 1,952 votes from the co-op’s annual meeting and from paper ballots and online voting prior to it.
Results from the election for four directors in the coop’s four districts with seats open were announced at the annual meeting on Aug. 27, which was streamed live on the co-op’s YouTube channel. A recording of the broadcast is available below.
All four incumbents who chose to run for re-election were selected by members for new three-year terms. Mike Cherry was re-elected in Lincoln County District 1. In St. Charles County 4, Karen Berra was re-elected and Ted House returns to his St. Charles County District 5 seat. In Warren County District 3, Phil Dunk was re-elected.
The August 27 annual meeting also included remarks from President/CEO Doug Tracy and Board President Diane Saale.
