Report A Power Outage/Problem

Please call 1-800-392-3709 to report a power outage or problem 24 hours a day.

You may notify Cuivre River Electric Cooperative, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, of a power outage or power related problem using the electronic form below. The electronic forms received Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM will be reviewed by the Cuivre River Operation's Department. A CREC Crew Chief and Lineman will be dispatched to inspect and repair the reported power outage.

Power outages or problems occurring outside normal business hours, Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, should call 1-800-392-3709 to report the power outage.
