The meeting will include the election of four directors.
Members may register, receive a ballot and vote at the meeting. Ballots may be cast during the meeting or placed in secure ballot receptacles located on each level of the Family Arena.
Members unable to attend may cast an absentee ballot.
Request a ballot by phone or online by August 2 for mail delivery, or
Request and cast a ballot at Cuivre River offices until the close of business on August 9.
One vote per member.

Butch Wax & The Hollywoods To Perform
Steve Davis Special Guest
Butch Wax & The Hollywoods will perform two shows for Cuivre River members attending the August 10 Annual Meeting at the Family Arena, St. Charles. Steve Davis will appear as a special guest in each show to perform the music of Elvis Presley.
The early show begins at 6:15 p.m. and precedes the business meeting. A second show will follow the meeting and attendance prize drawings at about 8:15 p.m.
The band is a Cuivre River member favorite and is celebrating its 28th year. Butch Wax & The Hollywoods has been named top band in the region in the "Best of Rural Missouri" contest. Music will include Oldies, Motown classics, and the best of the 50s, 60s and 70s. Materials will be available for purchase at the event.
