Blood Drive Sept. 9th-Lake Saint Louis

Cuivre River Electric Cooperative will sponsor a blood drive on Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the CREC Lake Saint Louis Branch Office to benefit the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center. How Long Are Rebates Available?

Q. If I upgrade my HVAC system this fall, will rebates still be available?

A. Cuivre River's current rebates will continue through the end of 2010. We are confident that some rebates will be offered in 2011, but our power supplier Associated Electric Cooperative (AECI), advises us that equipment will have to meet higher efficiency requirements. Read more...

Prizes, New Rules for Photo Contest

Prizes and a few new rules enhance Cuivre River's 7th Annual Photo Contest, which gives members the opportunity to submit photos for the cooperative's 2011 wall calendar. Prizes will help judges reward the most outstanding work submitted by both adult and youth photographers. New rules will help make sure all photos qualify with adequate print quality. Read more...
